The US has banned Pakistan’s international airlines. The US Department of Transportation has said that we have changed the decision related to permitting Pakistani International Airlines (PIA). Under this, Pakistani International Airlines could operate charter flights in the US. But now they have been banned.
The US has cited the concerns of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regarding the certification of Pakistani pilots behind it.
Let us tell that Pakistan has banned many of its pilots. Last month, Pakistan removed its third pilot due to a fake license.
At the same time, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency has suspended the authorization of PIA. This moratorium has been imposed for 6 months.
Pakistan’s Geo News said that the PIA has confirmed the US ban. The PIA said that it will work on the necessary reforms needed for the airlines.

Pakistan started the investigation of such pilots whose license and qualifications were given wrong information, after an aircraft accident. A PIA jet crashed in May this year. 97 passengers on the flight were killed.
