In the film ‘Sholay’, veteran comedian Jagdeep (Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jafri), who played the role of Surma Bhopali, died on Wednesday. He was 81. His real name was Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jafri. Jagdeep, who influenced people with his character, was not known by his real name but only by the name of Reel. He is survived by sons Javed Jaffrey and Naved Jaffrey. Javed is known as an actor and dancer.

Since the death of Jagdeep, a video is becoming very fast viral on social media, which people are telling the last video of Jagdeep. This video was shared by Javed Jaffrey on Twitter on the birthday of his father Jagdeep in the year 2018.

Born on 29 March 1939 in Amritsar, Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jaffrey alias Jagdeep acted in nearly 400 films, he got special recognition from the 1975 blockbuster film ‘Sholay’ by Ramesh Sippy.
