For Office Assistants and Officers Scale-1: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university and working knowledge of computer & proficiency in local language
For Officers Scale-II: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university or 50% marks in aggregate. Two years of experience, you can see detailed information in the official notification issued by the corporation.
For Officers Scale-III: Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience (Bank / Financial Institutions).

For Officers Scale-I: 18 to 30 years
For Scale-II: 21 to 32 years
